About Caroline R. Reilly

Caroline R. Reilly is a partner at Claggett & Sykes Trial Lawyers and a member of the firm’s mass torts and class action team.

Caroline is a third-generation Nevadan and second-generation attorney. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the William S. Boyd School of Law in 2013, cum laude, and her bachelor's degree in Anthropology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2008. While in law school, Caroline externed for the Honorable William B. Gonzalez (Ret.) in District Court and the Honorable Cam Ferenbach in Federal Court.

For the first seven years of her career, Caroline worked at insurance defense firms, where she represented defendants in premises liability and construction defect cases. In 2021, driven by a desire to make a more direct impact in the community, she transitioned to representing injured individuals. Caroline joined a local plaintiff firm, where she focused on catastrophic injury and mass torts cases. Notably, she was part of the team representing the State of Nevada in its litigation against pharmaceutical companies responsible for the opioid crisis, which resulted in a $1.2 billion settlement for the State.

Outside of work, Caroline enjoys spending time with her family and cheering for the Vegas Golden Knights.
