Why do I need an attorney?

An attorney will help you navigate the pitfalls of dealing with insurance companies and corporations. We have extensive experience in dealing with insurance adjusters, going up against major corporations, evaluating claims, and ensuring that you receive a fair settlement. I would equate it with asking yourself whether you need a doctor when you have a broken leg. You could try to set it yourself and hope for the best, or you could head to the doctor’s and get the best care available. That’s precisely what we’re doing at Claggett & Sykes — giving your legal claims the best care available.
